打女兒打到木棍都斷瞭？英國懲治傢暴者的這招讓人叫好

出獄後定期用測謊儀測試，如果還有接觸被傢暴者的企圖，則會被重新收押。
最近一段父親打孩子的視頻，讓很多網友看得心驚肉跳。據《新京報》報道，視頻裏的男子對兒子和女兒痛下毒手，打得木棍都斷瞭。而他的目的居然隻是?瞭給離瞭婚的前妻看看。

去年也有一條類似的新聞。視頻裏男子連續掌摑4個月大的嬰兒，?瞭逼妻子回傢。

不少網友看完視頻後表示，隔著屏幕都想上去抽他瞭。還有不少人說，這樣的人光道德審判是沒有用的，必須要在牢裏關幾年才能讓他長記性。
實際上，很多實施傢暴的人都認?打老婆、打孩子是自己的傢事，極少能意識到這些行?即使在傢裏發生也是犯法的。
最近，英國一項傢暴法案（提議），就是以加強對傢暴犯的管理?目標的。
High-risk domestic abusers could face mandatory lie detector tests when released from prison under legislation to be introduced in parliament today to overhaul how the crime is tackled.
議會今天將會提出一項新法案，規定高危傢暴者在出獄後可能會面臨強制性測謊，以全面改革對傢暴犯罪的處理方式。
Abusers may have to agree to regular polygraph testing as one of the conditions put in their release licence from jail. The measure is part of a bill that for the first time defines domestic abuse and makes clear that it includes economic abuse, such as depriving a person of food or forcing them into dobt.

作?獲釋條件之一，傢暴犯出獄後被禁止聯繫伴侶或傢人，每隔一段時間要去指定地點接受測謊，看他們有沒有真正做到。
The polygraph tests will monitor offenders' breathing, pulse rate and sweating to determine whether they are lying.
測謊儀將監測罪犯的呼吸、脈搏和出汗情況，以確定他們是否說謊。
Anyone who fails or admits trying to see their former partner could be put back behind bars.
如果未通過測試，或是直接承認自己試圖去見前伴侶，他們都會被送回監獄。

是的，婦女、兒童甚至是男性傢暴受害者都應該被保護起來。
但是使用測謊儀是有爭議的，很多人對其準確性有嚴重的擔憂。就像這位網友說的：

測謊儀一點都不可靠這是人盡皆知的啊...不然我還真是想把某人的自由交給它決定呢。
於是，初期項目會選出600名“高危”傢暴犯進行?期三年的試點，以確定測謊儀這招到底有沒有效果。
英國首相特蕾莎·梅也對該法案表示支持。
